Long wait review

01/05 stockton, ca Walmart between 6-7 pm

Went in for plastic storage container 3 tiers. Needed 2, I Found one ask for assistance to get another one down from the higher shelf, waited about 25mins. Someone came but she couldn't get it. She said it was to high and its not her dept.

The clerk says theres more at the sewing/fabric section. I walked all the way there and nothing. I walked back and found a similar one that I can reach. But when I pulled it down it came down and hit me in the face, left a big red mark and now swollen. Because the the sliding storage drawer was not taped shut. Walked back to the clerk and told her I didnt see it, and again she called, 30 min late still no one came. Not even the manager. I left. So angry
