I am angry and frustrated with Target.com. I spoke to a woman who I could barely understand who repeated what she was saying over and over exactly the same regardless of my question and I then spoke to Joseph who claimed to be a supervisor.

I ordered an item on Nov 16 with the understanding it would be here by my husbands birthday the 26th. Now as it still has NOT shipped (shipping soon) It will NOT be here anywhere close to in time and on top of that Joesph told me I was wrong I didn't read the information correctly and had I paid attention I would know all of this. (I actually repeated to him what he had said to me and asked him point blankly if he inteded to say and mean this, he said YES).

So I the customer am not only wrong, but I can't read and I am stupid?

I simply asked to have the shipping upgraded (which I was willing to pay for myself) and I was told it is impossible to do anything. If it hasn't shipped yet then how is it impossible? I understand it may mean more work for someone... But isn't that what customer service is?

I am angry that I have been treated poorly by their customer service department and my intelligence insulted!

In a time when every purchase should be appreciated I have been treated horribly.
