Encore Financial Resource called my home. I told them I am on a fix income and could not afford $169.95, but rep. Olivia talked me into a personal loan to get a visa or mastercard. Then repeatedly, telling her I could not afford it, she talked me into trying it.

So getting my information to several ladies on the phone with serval connections. Then I got ID and on internet to fine a rip-off. They gave my info to protel to charge another charge of long distance to my checking acount of $59.90. Which I use a calling card for one cent a minute for. I will e-mail everyone, even the Governor, about this every unhelpful company. My Lupus flares more because of them. I will die with a law suit for my family.
