Rip-Off I have the Owner of Encore Financial's Cell number here

I also ordered Encore Financials program as well. They promised me a guarantee Credit Card. I tried and still did not get approved, and they would not refund me. I have been doing much research on this company. I have The owner of the Company's Cell Number and Information. His name is Rene Estavez.
