As a Vendor, we have also been ripped off by Rusty Buck. This was back in 1995 and I can see he's still working his evil ways.
We installed a "loaner" phone system for him to "temporarily" replace his existing broken system. Not one payment was made. He removed the system and moved, taking our loaner system with him! Never paid for anything and then threatened us with a lawsuit!
He is scum of the earth.
