Miscellaneous

I ordered the products from an online ad at the side of hotmail. I had seen it for several weeks and as most of the other ads are genuine I assumed this was too. They advertised the Radiant skin care cream and Perfect Radiance serum as a trial offer for the cost of the post and packing which was £2.95 and £2.97.
I ordered them. I paid the post and packing in September. The products arrived when I was holiday during the last 2 weeks of October! Only a despatch note accompanied the products which arrived separately. No mention of money or further orders.
Then last week 2 more packages arrived. I thought this was odd.

Then today I got my credit card statement - what a shock. £75 for each tiny jar! I was incredulous. I managed to speak to them on the number given and, having seen Kate's comment on this website, I said the same.
The woman was friendly but didn't want to offer me any money back but she did say to send back the unopened products for a refund. I pointed out that the other two were the samples that were advertised as free. So I am going to pursue getting a refund for them too.
I have also informed my credit card company just in case they try and get more money and also with the hope that they may be able to help.
Good luck to us all!
Maggie
