I ordered a free trial offer for £5.95 for two skin products which duly arrived, on 30th. November my credit card was charged £74.95. This came as a complete shock as I had not been informed beforehand that the £5.95 was for P&P and that I would be further charged. The company had set in motion a recurring charge to my card that I have now stopped by cancelling the card, I have managed to obtain a further delivery of the two products free of all charge including P&P.
