Originally googled Austrailia ugg boots and was forwarded to the Merchant website High-heel shoes to make the purchase. Boots were advertised for 159.99 including free shipping costs and confirmed at end of purchase. Boots arrived with no return address on the waybill a few weeks later and they were immitations. They were copied to a tee except the quality of the upper material was pleather (fake) and looks nothing like what was advertised. Furthermore, I had found out that I was charged an extra $20.00 for shipping/handling fees. I tried to make contact with the information provided on their website with no success. The contact phone#was not in service, the online chat person or the email link was not working, and when an attempt was made to return the product to provided online address, their was no such address and product was returned.
