I too, ordered the trial on this product at 2.95 shipping. I received it on the 15th or 16th of Nov. They billed my card 74.95 on the 18th.
When i rang to ask why they said, there was a 12 day cancellation period so you have been billed for another jar. After some strong words they agreed to refund the amount but somehow I don't think they will. I Can't cancel my card as I am not in the country that issued the card and won't be for 3 weeks so I can't call in to a branch. I now have to wait to see if they will refund or keep debiting my account. Feel so violated, does the product even work???
