I ordered two products and was expexting to pay £2.95 per product for shipping, 2 days before I received the product my account was debited by £74.95. When I finally received the product on the 19th of Jan I called to cancel and was told I couldn't because my trial period had expired. I explained how could the trial expired when I hadnt even received the product, they said the trial period starts when you order on internet before you even get the product. I was kept on hold for 40 mins. I explained how furious I was and that I wanted a full refund they said it would take 7 to 10 days so I pray to god I get my money back.
