Ordered online on 11/5 a "free sample" offer where I was to pay 1.99 shipping and have a trial period of 14 days. I received the serum on 11/16 and was not given 14 days for trial period to have my account charged another 84.71. When I tried to inquire the "free sample" offer has been removed from online and when I called they were giving me a complete run around and were willing to refund 1/2 of my money and when I stated I went to my credit union to dispute charges and would report their company like so many others they immediately sounded frantic and was willing to refund me the whole amount, which I do not feel will take place due to the fact that all of the other complaints are very similar to what I have experienced. I will be reporting this compnay to the Attorney Generals Office.
