I have ordered some 20 items and returned a few that did not fit or were not exactly what I wanted. I choose to take the credit and it has worked out fine. I understand the $9.95 s/h can get expensive so I try to take advantage of the additional item free shipping but I do not always want more than one item. I have learned to buy quickly if I think I want the item and it will sell out and if I want something else that day then my shipping is free. So far I feel I have gotten great deals and it's fun to see what other people will buy. Customer service answered my questions quickly. My only complaint is about timing of additional "free" shipping... Be careful about shopping late (especially if you are not in the Eastern zone)... You may not be able to take advantage of free shipping on additional items.
