I have been selling things on amazon for a little over a month now. I have been making sales and shipping them out to customers with a seller rating of 4.8 star. I only had one satisfied customer leave a neutral review with no complaints. That would be what brought my seller rating below five star. Ok so basically on the 17 i could not log into my account. I tried calling seller support to help me out. They told me "I don't know", "I cant do anything to help", and to "wait 24 hours for an e-mail. So i waited and waited. Noting, so i called back. They told me once again "i don't know" and that i will be e-mailed within 24 hours. Its been 78 hours now. I cant get access to my money while all my customers are waiting for their packages that they cant receive because i can not log into my account. So i called today and was basically told, nana-nana-bobo stick your head in dodo. So i wont be getting any of my money that i have earned though selling to my customers and i cant even see the money amazon owes me because they blocked me from that to. Their has been zero communication with me and amazon is refusing to let me have or even see the money i have earned from shipping out my products that i have spent my money on. I have lost tens of days worth of time and somewhere around 3000 dollars worth of money. I cant tell you the exact amount because amazon has blocked me from being able to see how much they owe me. If i do not receive my money within 60 days amazon will be dealing with another class action lawsuit on their hands.
