Defective grill part (4 tube burner). Contacted company while product still under warranty. This part is under warranty for 15 years. This is one reason why I choose this BBQ grill when shopping for one. The grill was over $1000.00, bought at Lowe's Home Improvement store 8 years ago. This is the second burner they replaced at no cost to me. Now after calling for the third replacement part they told me the second burner had a one year warranty. What! I'm confused the warranty is for 15 years. This company has stood by their product for 8 years what has changed. An a American Company, Manufacturing in North Carolina. I even would pay for shipping cost. They will not honor warranty by replacing product, and do not return phone calls.
P.S. I baby this barbeque. It's under a covered screen porch, with a canvas grill cover far from the outdoor elements.
The managers, Karla and Russ Smith (1-800-229-5647, ext 5653) will not return calls. I have left several messages to no avail.
