Defective grill part (manifold to control gas flow). Contacted company while product still under warranty. They do not have a replacement part, will not honor warranty by repairing the product, and do not return phone calls. They tell me that, although the grill is not working properly, there is nothing they can do. The manager, Russ Smith (1-800-229-5647, ext 5653) will not return calls. I have left several messages to no avail.
