Overcharges under delivers and hold your money for unrational reasons

I've used paypal/ebay for years, without any problems. As of late they have been putting a hold on funds from ebay sales. I was told, by paypal, that it's due to the increase of my sales. Ie if you use us less you'll get your money. That's the stupidest business sense i've ever encountered! I was also told that if i provided tracking info that i would get my money upon confirmed delivery. Paypal told me that they automatically release funds when usps' confirms delivery. What a crock of bs!

I've had to continuosly talk to thier foreign flunky's that don't know jack, and lie like a politician. I've surmised that they are doing this to 10,000's of ebay sellers. Holding millions in funds and pretty much screwing everyone that they can. Paypal charges 3-9% in fees... It's highway robbery for the lamest service i've ever encountered. I will be suing paypal in small claims court for all of the fee's that they charged me.

As far as i'm concerned, they should pay me back for all of my time that they wasted, the lies i've been told, and not holding up thier contractural obligations. Everyone do yourself a favor and go back to writing checks, and sending money orders. They had the nerve to ask for my tax info to give to the irs. They must be out of thier minds... I've been selling items at a loss, and they want to give info to the irs... Unbelieveable! I'm going to give my personal info to some loser in a foreign country. Ebay sellers or any seller's... Do yourself a big favor and avoid paypal like the plague!
