Miscellaneous

False report that I owe money and owned pet. They reported that on my credit while I never got a noticed and even payed water after I left cause they also forgot to report it. They lost the 30 days notice paper, unfortunately I didn't keep a record and accused that we owned a pet while we didn't. They are overcharging for something that I don't owe to begin with. They gave my information to 3rd party who had been harassing my old roommate and I. They claim they are clean facility and they have black mold, bed bugs and roaches all over the place that had affected my health greatly, that's besides drug users, stollen laundry and homeless people who hang around laundry room. Very poorly managed and very rude, taking advantage of university students when it comes to process especially internationals for their lack of experience.
