Negligent Apartment Compex, won't break lease for their mistakes and lack of repair or concern

Have lived in apartment for almost 2 years and dealt with several issues from management and from neighbors, none of which got resolved. Reported drug usage and selling in apartment next door and was told it was not their problem, to call police. Had issues with homeless people sleeping in laundry room next door, again not the management problem. Water issues and leaking coming into bathroom and ceiling problems along with mold growth that has had to be cleaned on more than 4 occasions. Called to complain that it was back again in January, it was " fixed" but it became worse. I called before leaving town a week in advance to let them know I would not be home and to please fix it, it was getting unbareable and not safe for my kids, was told, I will get to it if I can. Got back into town on the 31st of Jan and the ceiling was coming apart, the above apartment was leaking into my bathroom.
