Like others i was charged a monthly fee without authorizing a "membership". But when i made my order i had paid for express shipping and received my shoes two weeks later than the estement. When i opened the shoes they were cheaply made and worn! They had scuff marks and dirty toe marks in the shoe and the heal looked like it was glued on! I called and wanted my money back and i was told they could only credit my account, even if returned the shoes! So i sucked it up and was out the 39.95. Then last month i was charged the hidden "membership fee" after i had cancelled my account. I called my bank and we couldn't dispute it because even though i cqancelled my account online a "representative" didn't authorize my cancellation. I'm sorry yelling at a disrespectful represenative once about worn shoes wasn't enough i guess.
