Always problems - usps express

I was expecting an express mail, but never received. I constantly checked Track&Confirm online and waited at home. So far, NO delivery ("notice left" in the tracking system is a lie!) even though I submitted online request for delivery twice, talked to a postman in person, and called the local office several times. When i talked to the man in the office for the 3rd time, he finally promised me to deliver the item on Sat. But he didn't. When i called the office again, they said they didn't have the item anymore (they don't know where it went even though i was a signature required express item). It was online shopping which i spent $200. I spend $ for nothing... Guess what? This is not the first time. Every single express mail I was expecting to receive before had similar problems. Very unprofessional.
