USPS tracking number 0311 1660 0001 0174 7268 was received november 7 @ 2pm got msg on november 8 that as soon as package was inspected funds would be returned to me it has been 10 days since return and nothing from this company, tried to e-mail them and got a permanent failure to receive msg by this company. The package was never opened because they sent a bottle of vitamins that i did not order and they charged my account for them. Then they told me that a charge of 199.00 would be taken from my account in 14 days... We were able to finally get them to answer the phone and they promised to stop all actions. But i have had to take all money out of my account and place in other accounts to make sure that doesn't happen since they have my account number...
