I paid my security deposit for my $5000 loan and afterwards was told that the lender for my loan wanted me to purchase the insurance that was about another 700 or more. When I told them that I was not going to pay that I was informed that it would take 20 to 30 days to refund me my $866.00 I was like no it didn't take me 20 or 30 days to pay you so why is going to take that long to refund me. I recently tried to call and email contact person and can't get anybody to answer the phone.
