I applied for a loan and received an email saying i was approved for $5000.00 secured loan. I was given a phone number to contact and a name, rhonda strong. I called her and got the details. Thay said i needed to either send them $800.00 or purchase a $1600.00 dollar insurance policy. Whichever i could do. I choose the $800.00 western union mg. I was given instructions and told the money would be in my account within 4-6 hours after they received the deposit. The next, no money. So i called rhonda, who was not available, and got the accounting dept. After a lengthy discussion i said i wanted my money back. I was told they would refund the money but it takes 35-40 days for the return. I have called them twice since and still get the same answer as before 35-40 days. I asked why they were so quick to get mt money but slow as hell to refund it back to me." thats our refund policy sir" was the answer i got. I will call at least once a week until i get a resolution. I would like to know if anyone has had a good experince with this company.
