Saw advert online and sent for free sample at end of September
for which I paid postage of £7.43 and £4.31 on 2 seperate items. I had no intention of subscribing to anything further than these samples. However unknown to me this company took another amount of £72.71from my bank on14th Oct of which I was unaware until receiving my bank statement. As a pensioner I cannot afford for this to happen. I am upset and shocked that companies like this can scam people and abuse peoples trust. I would appreciate any help or advice given as I am unable to contact this company to cancel or request a refund and this worries me greatly. Why they took this payment is a mystery as I have not received anything for it.
