I saw an advert online and sent for free sample on 7th April for which I paid postage of £7.43 and £4.31 on 2 seperate items.
I had no intention of subscribing to anything further than these samples.
However unknown to me this company took another amount of £77 & £69 from my bank on 25th April and again on 25th May.
I would appreciate any help or advice
as to how you can get a refund?
Why they took this payment is a mystery as I have not received anything for it.
