Ordered both serum and lotion on trial basis. Only rec'd lotion, minuscule amount certainly not enough to be classed as a sample, but was waiting for serum. Unfortunately 14 days had passed so they sent me a second lotion (full amount) but still no serum. Billed me for £84.71 and £89.66 altho they have said they will refund £89.66 as bottle not opened.
