An individual introduced himself to me as Sean Webber. Told me he was from the UK, but owned businesses throughout the US. Goes by seanwebber125@yahoo.com and swebber18383@hotmail.com Is using the telephone number (281) 940-4441. Told me he was a contracting engineer. Was supposedly in the Phillipines doing business. Contacted me and told me he had problems with cashing his American Express Travelers checks and asked me to lend him money until he got back to the US. I believed him and wired him the money. The first time, I wired $250 on 11-4-11 and the second time I wired $500. Both charges were $12 each for the wiring. He tried to get me to use my credit card on Craigslist to post a position for a housekeeper in Houston Texas but I refused. The third time he contacted me stating that he had changed his plane and they wanted him to pay more money. I saved all of the chats on yahoo messenger and my emails. There were also many messages on my cell phone, but I had to erase them, but I sparked his interest in order to restore the conversation and his intention. Since receiving my money, his contact has been limited, as he is now aware he will not be receiving any more money from me.
