My husband and I went to a travel seminar in Indianapolis, In where we were promised 2 free cruises and 2 free air tickets just for listening to the presentation. The travelogue was impressive and my husband and I decided to sign up that day. The company promised to help us with a trip to Ireland in May and promised that we could stay in a 3-bedroom home or villa for no more than $389.00 for the week. They also promised that they would help us with our international airfare and assured us that their "contacts" could get us a much better deal than if we did it ourselves. We paid almost $5600.00 that day because they said it was an offer available only that day. We called the number the next week to see about planning the trip—they said they would look into it—I called again last month—same song and dance. At this point I just want my money back, and oh, by the way, we never received our free cruise or airfare (and that is after I sent a money order to them for over $100.00 to "secure" our reservation!). Can we take this company to small claims court in our state? Thank you. Maureen Misbach
