I was told that all my medications would be completely covered
by the insurance. I had submitted list of all my medications and
had them check. They then informed me that each medication
would be covered.

As I picked up med at pharmacy, a $50. Med, I was told I must
pay $40.! I then found out that they had also misrepresented
the fact that if I wanted to see my specialist (m.D.) I would
be paying for most of that as well! I had chosen this plan
because it was going to cover doctor visits with small co-pay
and was to cover all meds.

When I called Homeland, I was told that my money would be
refunded on my card. It was not refunded. When calling again,
I was told it was in the claims department and then it should
be refunded. It was not.

Subsequent calls to them have shown their number is no longer
in service!

I am interested in a class-action suit.
