I ordered e-sigs on line to help me quit smoking. While on the phone she kept telling me about all these other charges & I told her "No", I only want the starter kit for e-cigarettes. I did receive the kit in the mail followed by a letter stating they would be taking out $19.95 per month for membership fees which I did not authorize & was not aware of. I called the number they had given me, which was also on the letter & kept getting a recording to leave a msg. After dialing the number 6 or 7 times I finally got a live person. I cancelled the acct, got a cancellation number, cancelled my credit card & got a new one. What they took out doesn't seem like much but I am retired & on a fixed income. Buyers beware!!
