I ordered seven advertised items (all the same product) on 9/20 and the items were NEVER delivered. I left an email message at their "Help Desk" with my phone number approximately 2 1/2 weeks later. My credit card statement arrived with charges and still no product or contact from them. I emailed them again. I have now contacted them three times and no response! I did contact my credit card company and disputed the charges and they have since been removed. It would appear that they are nothing but scam artists!!
