I also signed up for FREE samples of Metaburn and African Mango and did receive my products but not until 21 days later. It was not until my credit card balance suddenly rose that I checked and found I had been charged for 2 products $159.61 on Nov 7 and than again for 2 products $173.07!! On Nov 21. I called the USA customer service line on my "invoice" on Tuesday Nov 23 and spoke to "Noime" who told me that I had had 14 days to cancel "my order" and would not listen to my response that I had waited 21 days for the product and that I was actually unaware of these "conditions". She then explained that I had subsequently been charged for the FREE samples (what?) and then for the next supply which to date I have NOT received. She agreed to cancel my order (which I had not made) and gave me 2 cancellation numbers and said that I would not hear from them again. However I am now so concerned by this fraudulent misuse of my card and worried that my card may be misused again that I have no other option than to close it and have a new card and account reissued. I have fortunately never been caught by any scam before and never will be again. I understand that the products or similar can be bought at a fraction of the price here in Australia. Thanks for the opportunity to express my concern. It is most appreciated.
