I heard Daniel Alpizar on the radio and I visited the office with hopes of purchasing my first home. I was asked for $495.00 as a deposit that would be returned to me at the time of closing or if financing could not be obtained for me. I was told and investor would help me make cash offers on the property of my choice but there was never an investor. I wasted all this time looking for a property and when the time to place my offer the investor was never to be found and I lost my deposit because supposedly I defaulted on the contract eventhough it was the company's fault financing was not available.
