Rip OFF

I found Rob through a private investor website. Very nice and willing to meet to discuss my development. Said he had many investors to pick from to fund my project. We met at my site to look at the property I was looking to develop. We didn't even walk the property, we spent maybe 5 minutes there, and then he was ready for lunch... I thought it was kind of funny that a potential investor would not even want to walk the property that he was looking at funding.???

We went to lunch and he spent more that 90% of the conversation explaining how to setup a business and run money through it...??? Again, we spent about 90% of the time talking about everything but my project. He said he would place an ad to market my property and send me a copy of that. It never happened. Then he had several folks interesed and said he would have a contract or check in a week, never heard from him. Then we lost all contact. Overall a big scam over $500. I should have known from the beginning. Anyways, I want to warn everyone else out there, stay away from this one, he is useless...!!!
