Beware of Scam Company JJ Property Group

We Met Joe Paradiso through CarePlus Financial. Duane Anderson sent us to Joe and stated he was a good guy helping people like ourselves. He claimed that Joe would do great things for us!

We spoke with Joe a few days later and he assured us he had investors set up and ready to move forward. He told us that it would take about 2 weeks to close once we found a property. We found our home and sent Joe the $3 grand he asked for. He assured us it would go in our home buyers account we had set up with CarePlus Financial once the home was purchased. It would go towards closing on the home when we purchase the home from the investor.

We found our home had a contract on the home and had to stay on top of Joe to get paperwork sent over night and to get checks sent. It was like pulling teeth to get any work done. I spoke with Jeff on several different occasions and Jeff of course played the good cop. We were told that one investor received her money from China and that it was not liquid. We were then told they had one investor from Las Vegas and one from Flordia that had cash in hand. Well this cash in hand turned into a big fat lie.

We received several e-mails stating that they were working very hard on getting this deal closed. Joe then proceded to tell me that he was having a problem getting an investor for our property because they did not think it was worth the asking price. He said he was pushing our property very hard but did not know what would happen. He then told us that the person from Las Vegas wanted to purchase the property and that he was checking to make sure that they had cash in hand. Well guess what, they did not have cash in hand per Joe.

The second extension was to be filed on the house and sent back to our realtor on Sunday before she left to go on vacation. When she left Monday morning she still did not have the extention. The property owners at that point pulled out on the deal. We told Joe that they had put the property back on the market and they had pulled out of the deal. We aksed for a full refund due to the fact they lied to us and they said that we would not get a full refund because they had paid money towards the home. We expressed how very unhappy we were with the fact that they did not follow through with there promise and we told them we would be contacing the FBI, 20/20, Dateline NBC, the BBB, and any other company that would listen.

Please be aware of these guys. They are full Scam artist and they know how to talk to people and get them to trust that they are ligit. I don't know if CarePlus is involed but just be careful and don't pay out anymoney to anyone till you have sold proof. Please stay away from JJ Propery Group. They have stolen $3 grand from many people and are refusing to pay any money back. Please be very careful!
