I placed my order on the above date and have sent them 4 e-mails. They were quick enought to bill my credit card and keep telling me that the order is at the warehouse and there is a 2 to 4 week delay in delivery and the shipment is on backorder. I have not heard from them since my last e-mail at the end of Oct. I cannot cancel the order once it gets to the warehouse they tell me.
I hope no one else has to deal with them. I have contacted my credit card Co. And told them what happened. At this point they will credit my account until they investigate. My order is still on their books.
