Never send any of the items that I ordered, and won't give me back my (money) credit back

I have ordered the ass. For my phone in Oct. 2007. But they never send any of the items that ordered. Here is information:

Here is the second explanation 2 week later:

We are sorry to inform you that one of the item still on backorder.
Estimated ship date is on November 10. Would you like to continue to wait for this item?

Here is the thirt explanation:
Hi,
We are sorry to inform you that one of the items (C12) on your order is currently out of stock. Estimated ship date is on November 30. Would you like to wait for it? Please reply us your decision.
Sorry again for any inconvenience.

I have asked for my credit back. Here what I wrote:
I never receive the shipment. Please, send the products that I ordered or give me back my credit.
