I am in the process of publishing and felt ripped off a few weeks into this. I may cancel my credit card. All the stuff I've heard on here only scares me and if you try to ask a question that may challenge their credibility they get defensive. One woman there doesn't even speak English well and caused me to mess something big up. Then she won't let you talk to her boss! Never use this company unless you wanna be treated like an ATM 'cause all they want is your money by the hundreds at a time!

I'm so disgusted I haven't answered their calls for weeks. They are all incoherent and care NOTHING about their customers. I will contact the BBB. They just steal money and dreams!
