I have registered for webinars since October and they have been cancelled. I received an email from one of your support people offering one on one training, but after responding to that person several times to no avail I have plugged through the manual for self tutoring and watched your tutorials which do not address what I need to know. I need to get my scanners that I bought with your software to work. I realize that schema needs to be set into Advancepro, which I have attempted to do from your vague manual, but I can't get the scanners to work at all with your software. I need support. I paid for support, but I can't even get a person to email me or call me back. We purchased the software in September, and here it is almost the new year and not running yet. I am a very disappointed customer. I called your main line and can't even get to Admin. Because your VM is full. Ridiculous.
