I recieved a text message from citi financial saying i had been accepted for a loan and to ring the number above, but the text message through a mobile number 07719632121 and to finalize my application and quote aqua. Its sounded genuine so i gave them a ring went through all the process with them paid an arrangement fee of 65.00. They told me the documents would be in first class and still havent recieved them. I rung them thursday siad i, d applied for a loan with and paid the fee and they hung up on me. I also rung the customer sevice number which is 01614865914 and it wascoming up call barred. This has really upset me cause i thought it was genuine and now i think ive bee scammed.
