Received a letter in the mail stating that my account was past due in the amount of 1011.90. When I called to find out what it was about they couldn't even tell me. The rep said he didn't even know what it was about. The could provide NO PROOF that I ever signed up for the "magazines" that I never even received. They are threatening to put this on my credit report. Does anyone know how to stop them??? Or what I can do to contest the validity of their "bill"?
