Great product pity about the lack of communication when they don't fill orders but quite happily take the money. To really clinch their customer service they then told me I was rude and they no longer wished to converse with me. Which by the way was the whole issue in the first place... 6 weeks and not one single notification about delivery or that the order could not be filled. The only reason they even knew they had't filled the order was because I chased it up, otherwise I would still be waiting! Clearly they have an issue with their customer communication and contact when orders require adjustment but blaming the customer for their for their internal paperwork debacle is hardly going to win them any customers soon. Quite frankly just avoid booking this group if you live in Australia - their customer follow up is appalling and when it all goes wrong they blame the customer. Do yourself a favour, go online and order direct from the US.
