I bought a movado watch at kay leweller in aventura mall florida, also bought the warranty, about seven months after i took the watch in for just a simple cleaning for some scratch that was on the face and the band, its a two tone watch that i paid about eleven hundred for, anyway a few days after they called me to pick up my watch and i couldn't believed my eyes, they scraped the gold plate off around the face and the band the watch look so old and worn out, anyway after complaining the manager say would send it out to polish and my warranty will cover it, after about four weeks they i called and they told me it will cost me $550 to buy a new band
