I ordered flowers for a funeral 3 1/2 days before the viewing.
The flowers did not show upon for the viewing. Wesley Berry Flowers never even contacted me and told me they did not deliver.
The flowers were delivered late the next day, but I did not want them.
I asked for my money back.initially I was assured my money would be refunded. After 21 days my money was not refunded. I contacted a man, who told me he could do nothing but take a message. I was called back at 7:00 A.M. On a Saturday (no doubt they were hoping to miss me) When answered and demanded a refund, the woman told me she would have a manager call me back in 5minutes. You guessed it, nobody called me back. I waited 5 more days, and called back and demanded a refund. First they offered a 35.00 dollar store credit, then a $75.00 store credit. I hate this Company and don't want any of thier alleged products, just want my F'en money back. They then alleged (falsely) for the first time in 1 month that the Funeral home turned the flowers away, this was just one more lie. I asked for written proof they had communicated with the funeral home, then they changed the storey yet again, stating it was only a phone call. I asked for a phone record that would show when they made the call the funeral home. Well, you guessed it, they would not give me that proof, this is because they do not have it.
Wesley Flowers is a scam internet business that makes money stealing from the consumers.
