Wesely berry flowers doesn't delivery no refund! - funeral flowers not delivered

Beware. This florist posts false advertisements. AVOID.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral from this store because there was only one day of viewing and their website advertised same day delivery. I paid extra so that the order would be expedited. As the hours went by, the flowers were not delivered so I called them. They claimed the order was being processed and would be delivered shortly. Each time I called I got the same response. I asked why then they have expedited options when they don't comply. They couldn't answer. The extra charge for expedited service is a scam. Finally I was told that they don't take new orders on Sunday and would deliver the next day, Monday. Their advertisement for same day delivery is another scam.

I cancelled the order and I have yet to get a response about my refund. Three days later. They don't answer emails and most times you get voice mail.

10/17 I contacted Wesley Berry Flowers again! I filed a complaint with the BBB.
