707.75 Debit From Business Account With No Dispute Resolution

$707.75 was debited from my account. I have no idea who they are and the reason for the debit. I called the bank and they told me to fax a letter explaining my problem. I do so. I heard nothing so a couple days later I called to see what was the hold up and why the money had not been credited back to my account. They said I had to file a dispute form. I found on the internet and faxed it to them. I still have not heard anything, and no can tell me anything. Meanwhile over draft charges are accumulating. This is a business account and I am not able to pay this. There are automatic debits that come out and still coming out after I told them to put a hold on my account. I am at risk of losing my business.
