I was promised a certain amount of magazines for 49.90 per month start in august of I have made 10 payments and left them numerous messages letting them know that i was not receiving the proper magazines nor on a regular basis and NO ONE will return a phone call to me! Last message I left, I told them if no one contacted me back to correct the situation I was going to stop paying. Still, no phone call. Now I am getting phone calls from TRS Debt collectors wanting to make a settlement on the 10 months of payments I have left on the contract. I told them the same thing, no one calls back, don't get the magazines as promised, not paying!!! Now threats of additional fees etc.

Too, along with the service, I was given a $1000.00 shopping certificate to an online company, when I went there, the shipping charges were more than the merchandise was even worth!!!
