Ripoff

I was called by superior benefits customer service rep, and was advised that for 299.99 I would recieve and credit card with a 2000.00 limit.

That was in January, I still have not recieve anything. I have been calling them and all I have been getting is the run around the shipping dept is back up, I will get the order in to the bank and it will be there in 5-7 buisness days, still no card, when i asked for my money back I was told that I could not have my money back because it was non refundable.

I spoke with a rep by the name dana thompson and she was very rude to me; as such was Nina Witts. They advised me that it was on its way and that there was noting that they could do about it.

I really feel that I have beem ripped off and scamed by this company also. I was told that it was going to better my credit and help me, at the time I did not have 299.99 to just give away, and I don't have it now.

I was not trying to cause any problems with this company I just either wanted my money back or the card.

Every time I called and requested to speak with a manager I was told there was not one available, and they would give them my number to have them call me back, no one has every contacted me on this issue. I have never seem a buisness where there are no managers avaiable from the time of 10:00 to 6:00 and that is from open to close.

I contacted that number that showed on the bank statment. They stated that all they do is draft the payment for the company and cannot refund it. I ask them If your are the ones who draftedthe acct why can't you refund it? I was advised also by them they would give me call back, still no call from them either...
