Ripoff!

I was contacted at my place of business by Paul Frank of Superior Benefits in November. He promised me that for $299.00 fee I would receive a Visa or Mastercard with a credit limit of $2,500.00. I asked him several questions about his contacting me. He stated that this was a program for people that had applied for a credit card and had been turned down, in the past. He promised me that I would receive my credit card before Christmas. I did not.

Superior withdrew $299.00 from my account in November. December and January went by. I received nothing. I called several times and was told repeatedly that I would receive everything within 15 to 20 buisness days. It is now March and I've received nothing.

I've been ripped off.
