I purchased 1 year access to eDetective online. After I followed the instructions by entering my order ID, I should have been given my username and password, however it only gave me an error message which was,
'Can't open file:'user. MYI' (errno: 145)'. There is no phone # to contact a person, but I have e-mailed them at least 10 times and have gotten no response.
